Hello, I'm Alexandre Rozante.

How I got here, and where I intend to go.

When I was a child I got to know a fascinating device: the Telegame. It was an immediate passion: IT!

From a humble family, I had to work since I was 14 to finance my studies. I was an apprentice, metallurgist and banker, among other activities. After winning a flowchart contest in high school, I joined the IT field as an intern.

​

At first, my priority was learning to program. Create solutions that people and companies could use. The school teachers noted my satisfaction in all activities, and I was invited to act as a monitor for the school's DPC: "more time with the machines, more I will learn!" -I thought. I just didn't know that I would discover there, another source of satisfaction: sharing knowledge and helping other people.

I was (and still am) a developer, development teacher, systems analyst, development team coordinator, systems engineer, project manager, scrum master, pre & post sales technical consultant, support team manager, among many others. activities provided by IT area.

​

I had the opportunity to work with administrative systems, specialist systems, web portals, omnichannel communication, CX (customer experience), RFID, means of payment solutions, biometrics, information security, risk management, server and telecom infrastructure, version and replication, business continuity and contingency plans, waterfall and agile project management, and more.

​

Fortunately, many challenges have been overcome so far. I am grateful for the learning, friendships and everything the area has already provided me and my family. And I hope to rise to the challenges that lie ahead. 

​

As in medicine, the horizon of possibilities in IT is immense, and it is available to those who wish to explore. It's been like this since I started in the area. New technologies emerge. New demands from professionals are born. There is no space to stand still. You always have to evolve. 

​

Currently, in addition to acting as a technical manager, I am completing my Scrum Master certification, attending the second semester of the Data Science course with Python, learning more about metaverse, blockchain and cryptocurrencies and building an expert datastream comparison system.

In my spare time, trying to be a better father, a better husband, and a better son.
